Policies

• Turnaround time varies. Please allow 4-6 weeks for orders to be completed. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
• Fees include reproduction of photograph, cost of negative or CD-ROM if applicable, and handling charge.
• Prepayment is required for international orders. Domestic orders will be invoiced with the completed order.
• WRCA reserves the right NOT to reproduce any photograph in our collection.
• WRCA retains all copy negatives produced from the photographs.
• For publication of WRCA images, WRCA requires the patron to sign a formal Permission Agreement and pay appropriate use fees. All published images must contain the appropriate credit citing WRCA as the source of the image. WRCA also requests a gratis copy of all published materials, which will be added to the collection. Request a copy of the Permission Agreement and/or details via WRCA's eComment form.
