those with "Electronic Location(s)" are available online.
Melvyl
(all UC campuses)
Melvyl is the catalog of materials, including newspaper titles, available
from the libraries at the ten UC campuses and other research collections
in the state. Most of the UC Berkeley affiliated libraries' collections
are included in this catalog. Current UC Berkeley students, faculty, and
staff may request materials not owned by UC Berkeley through the online
Request feature in Melvyl.
Newspaper
Titles Database (libraries worldwide)
The International Coalition on Newspapers (iCON) Project, housed at the
Center for Research Libraries, provides a database of more than 20,000
newspaper titles from over 150 countries dating back over 350 years. This
is a useful source for identifying the titles of newspapers from a region
during a given time period.
WorldCat
or RLG Union Catalog
(RLIN) (libraries worldwide)
WorldCat and RLIN are library catalogs for materials owned by libraries
worldwide. For comprehensive research of library collections, search both
catalogs. Current UC Berkeley students, faculty, and staff may request
materials not owned by UC Berkeley through the Library's Interlibrary Borrowing
Service.
Individual library catalogs
To find materials in a specific library collection, use that library's
